PAYMENT

Barberians accept payment by Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and ViaBill.

Barberians offer flexible payment terms (free of interest and fees) through ViaBill. See details here: www.viabill.dk/terms.

Dankort payment will attract payment fees of 0,70% to 1,39%
Visa payment will attract payment fees of 1,50%
Visa Electron payment will attract payment fees of 1,25%
MasterCard payment will attract payment fees of 2,95% to 3,50%

Payment will be deducted your account upon shipment of goods.
All amounts are in DKK and includes VAT. Amounts for foreign purchases are in Euro.

Barberians will use encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.

You also have the option of paying via electronic bank transfer (Wire transfer): Nordea reg. nbr.: 5501 account nbr.: 6889617126. Your purchases will be shipped once we have registered your payment. Note! If paying by bank transfer you waive your rights under ”Indsigelsesordningen”. See why here..

APPLICABLE LAW

Barberians applies Danish law.

DELIVERY

Barberians will endeavour to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be shipped the following day.

Delivery to Denmark, Faroe Islands and Greenland
Barberians arranges delivery through GLS (unless otherwise noted). Timely delivery is depending on GLS maintaining day-to-day delivery. Any delays by GLS will affect the requested delivery date. Barberians cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by GLS. In case of missing delivery, Barberians will process a replacement shipment free of charge.

These shipment methods are available:

  • Without circulation: Your shipment will be delivere to a parcel shop near you.
  • With circulation: Your shipment will be delivered to your home.

For shipments without circulation, the receiver will be advised when the parcel is ready for collection.

International deliveries
Barberians arranges delivery through UPS (unless otherwise noted). UPS is responsible for the shipment from their receipt (through receipt or scanning) and until delivery. Delivery within Europe is 24 to 96 hours. UPS deliver during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time for rest of the world are on a case-by-case basis.

You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of purchase.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same state and amount as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. You shall cover shipment cost for returns.

Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to [email protected], clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your cancellation rights. This shall be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase and the goods shall be shipped back within 14 days as well.

You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.

Condition of returns
We only accept unopened items in original packing as returns, and they must be properly packed for shipment.

Conditions, besides what is mentioned above, means that the goods will be considered used, and no refunds will apply.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Barberians offers two years right of complaint against defects according to EU regulations. This covers defects from components or manufacture discovered through normal use. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect use, poor maintenance, use of force or unauthorized repair. Complaint
