    How to prevent dandruff

    1. Use less shampoo and reduce the appearance of dandruff

    If you suffer from a dry scalp or experience a lot of dandruff in your hair, you can definitely reduce the use of shampoo as one of the first things. Most people tend to use more shampoo than is good. For natural reasons, you probably don't have a teaspoon in the bathroom, but if you try to aim to use what would equate to 1-1½, you're well on your way.     2. Make sure to wash out hair products

    You definitely use something to style your mane and that's also perfectly fine as long as you just give your hair a rinse at the end of the day.

    Especially if you suffer from a lot of dandruff, it is really important that you clean your hair free of wax, jelly and the like.

    3. Keep your distance from the hair dryer

    A good rule to remember is to keep the hair dryer approximately 20 cm. away from the hair.

    If you use the strongest strength and hold it close to the scalp, it will cause irritation and, in the worst case, accelerate hair loss.

    Turn down the heat and keep your distance, yes, it could almost sound like advice from the health authorities. No matter what, this is a help for you who suffer from dandruff.

    4. Reduce your use of conditioner

    Just like shampoo, you can guarantee that you will last a little longer with the use of conditioners/conditioners. We would not recommend using it on a daily basis, but rather 2-3 times a week. Especially if you have very short hair, you can almost completely avoid using it if dandruff is a big problem.
