PAYMENT
Barberians accepts payment with Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and ViaBill.

Barberians offers flexible payment terms (interest and fee-free) through ViaBill. See details here: www.viabill.dk/terms.

Dankort payment will incur fees of 0.70% to 1.39%.
Visa payment will incur fees of 1.50%.
Visa Electron payment will incur fees of 1.25%.
MasterCard payment will incur fees of 2.95% to 3.50%.

Payment will be deducted from your account upon shipment of the goods. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Amounts for foreign purchases are in Euros.

Barberians will use encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.

APPLICABLE LAW
Barberians applies Danish law.

DELIVERY
Barberians will strive to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the following day.

Delivery to Denmark, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland
Barberians arranges delivery through Blue Water Shipping. Timely delivery depends on Blue Water Shipping maintaining day-to-day delivery. Any delays from Blue Water Shipping will affect the desired delivery date. Barberians cannot assume responsibility for delays or errors caused by Blue Water Shipping. In case of non-delivery, Barberians will handle a replacement shipment free of charge.

The following shipping methods are available:

Without distribution: Your shipment will be delivered to a parcel shop near you.
With distribution: Your shipment will be delivered to your home. For shipments without distribution, the recipient will be notified when the package is ready for pickup.

International deliveries
Barberians arranges delivery through UPS (unless otherwise specified). UPS is responsible for the shipment from their receipt (through acknowledgment or scanning) until delivery. Delivery within Europe is 24 to 96 hours. UPS delivers during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time to the rest of the world is on a case-by-case basis.

You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received upon purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same condition and quantity as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. You must cover the shipping costs for returns.

Requests for withdrawal must be sent via email to info@barberians.com, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. This must be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the goods must be returned within 14 days thereafter.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing receipt without also notifying us directly.

Return Conditions
We only accept unopened items in original packaging as returns, and they must be securely packed for shipping.

Conditions other than those mentioned above mean that the goods will be considered used, and no refund will be possible.

WARRANTY
Barberians offers a two-year warranty against defects according to EU regulations. This covers defects from components or manufacturing discovered under normal use. The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear caused directly or indirectly by improper use, poor maintenance, use of force, or unauthorized repair.

Barberians cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by GLS. In case of missing delivery, Barberians will process a replacement shipment free of charge.

These shipment methods are available:

  • Without circulation: Your shipment will be delivere to a parcel shop near you.
  • With circulation: Your shipment will be delivered to your home.

For shipments without circulation, the receiver will be advised when the parcel is ready for collection.

International deliveries

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. You shall cover shipment cost for returns.

Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to info@barberians.com, clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your cancellation rights. This shall be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase and the goods shall be shipped back within 14 days as well.

You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.

Condition of returns
