When are the sold-out items back in stock?

We will continuously update you on out-of-stock items. Sign up for our newsletter and get information on when your favorite product will be back. Sign up here.

Delivery conditions

Deliveries in Denmark

Barberians Copenhagen will endeavor to send orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the following day.

We offer the following delivery methods:
Delivery to PostNord package shop. Home delivery with PostNord.
All shipments are delivered with PostNord as standard. After dispatch from Barberians, the selected shipping partner's delivery times and intervals apply. Upon delivery of the goods, responsibility and risk for the goods are transferred to the customer.

Your package will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

PostNord selects the nearest parcel shop based on the address you state that your parcel must be delivered to.

It is not possible to pick up your order at our address.

International deliveries

Barberians arranges delivery through PostNord. PostNord is responsible for delivery from their receipt (through the receipt or scanning) until delivery. PostNord delivers during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

The delivery time for the rest of the world varies from case to case.

You can check the status of your delivery through the Track & Trace number you receive in connection with the order confirmation.

Cancellation rights

Your rights
You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided you return the goods in the same condition and quantity as you received them. Once we have received and accepted the return, we will credit the payment price to your account within 14 days. You must cover the shipping cost for the return.

If you want to cancel your order, this must be sent by e-mail to info@barberians.com, clearly stating that you wish to make use of your cancellation rights. This must be sent within 14 days of purchase and the goods must be returned within 14 days as well.

You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.

Status of returns

We only accept unopened products in their original packaging as returns and they must be properly packed for dispatch.

Conditions other than those mentioned above mean that the products will be considered used and no refunds will be made.

If you wish to complain

The right to complain
Barberians Copenhagen offers a two-year right to complain about defects according to EU regulations. This covers defects in components or workmanship discovered through normal use. The right to complain does not cover defects, damage or use which are directly or indirectly discovered through improper use, poor maintenance, use of force or unauthorized repair. Complaints about defects which should be discovered through normal inspection must be reported to Barberians within a reasonable time. The goods can then be returned for repair, replacement or, if agreed, credit. Barberians will cover reasonable return costs due to accepted defects.

Please note that we do not accept collection on delivery shipments. Goods can be delivered personally to our property. To speed up the refund process, we ask that the returned goods contain sufficient information, such as the order confirmation, or correspondence and account information.
Refund
If a price reduction has been agreed, in the case of returned goods or canceled pre-paid goods, Barberians will refund the amount paid either in full or in part. Refunds may be sent to the card used for payment.
